More than just a happy ending . . . here you get a delicious bowl of Vietnamese noodles. One of my favorites of all time: my wife spotted this sign in Las Vegas’ Chinatown a few years ago. This spot is still thriving.  In fact, there were several people waiting outside waiting for a table when we took this shot.
